What does 3Recruitment do?

How fast is it?
1000 resumes are screened in under 2 minutes. A shortlist for a typical role is ready in seconds.
How is the fit score calculated?
Every requirement in your job is checked against the resume and rated by how strongly it is shown, from not stated at all to proven, senior experience. Must-haves count for more than nice-to-haves, and the result is a score out of 100. Each match comes with the line from the resume that supports it.
How are Shortlist, Review and Not now decided?
Shortlist: every must-have is shown and none is uncertain. Review: one must-have is missing, a must-have is a close call, or the resume needs a human read. Not now: two or more must-haves are missing.
What about candidates who don't fit?
Every Not now candidate gets a short, respectful reply drafted for you. It names the requirement their resume didn't show and invites them to reply if that experience is missing from the resume. You check it and send it, so nothing goes out automatically and nobody waits weeks for silence.
Does it use age, gender, religion, caste or photos?
No. Contact details and personal details such as date of birth, gender, marital status, religion, caste, address and ID numbers are removed before screening. The score uses job-related evidence only.
Is it an ATS?
No. It does the first-pass screening, the step that takes the most reading time, and works alongside the applicant tracking system you already use.
What happens to the resumes?
By default, resumes are deleted after screening and are never used to train AI models. If you choose personalised support, for example re-screening past applicants against new roles, you can opt in to keep them. They are then stored privately for your organisation until you delete them. Keeping resumes is always your choice and is off unless you turn it on. The public demo uses sample resumes and uploads nothing.
